Excelent Cleaning Service offers residential and commercial cleaning services in Edinburgh and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Domestic cleaning
Commercial and office cleaning
End-of-tenancy cleaning
Deep cleaning
One-off and regular cleaning appointments
All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on your location and the specifics of your request.
Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website.
A confirmation will be sent once your booking is accepted.
Please ensure accurate access information and contact details are provided.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings based on staff availability or other operational factors.
Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service charge.
In the event of a no-show or missed appointment due to customer inaccessibility, the full fee may be charged.
It is your responsibility to ensure that our cleaners have access to your property at the scheduled time. If access is not possible, our team will wait up to 15 minutes before marking the appointment as a no-show.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept bank transfer, cash, or other approved payment methods.
For regular services, payment terms may be invoiced weekly or monthly.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will return to rectify the issue at no extra cost where reasonable and appropriate.
While we take great care in handling your home or office, Excelent Cleaning Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
We are fully insured and take reasonable steps to protect your property.
We do not accept liability for loss or damage unless caused by our negligence.
We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who act inappropriately toward our staff, including but not limited to abusive language, threats, or unsafe environments.
